To Prevent Hair Loss and Growth: Mix 2 tablespoons of Amla powder with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of onion juice. Apply on hair and shampoo after an hour.
To Strengthen Hair: Mix 2 tablespoons of Amla powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and yogurt. Apply it to your hair and shampoo after 40 minutes.
To Prevent Premature Hair Graying: Mix 2 tablespoons of Amla powder with 2 tablespoons of Olive oil / Coconut oil / Almond oil and 1 tablespoon of Castor oil. Apply on your hair and shampoo after an hour. It also works as a natural tonic.
Both men and women above the age of 15 can use this product. Use 2-3 times a week for best results. Before use, a patch test is recommended.
